CORPORATE DESSERTS

Each month Indulgence Desserts creates a different delicious cake for your office to celebrate Staff Birthdays, Baby Showers and Anniversaries. A new cake each month for all to enjoy!

JANUARY - MARSHMALLOW FROSTED DEVILS FOOD CAKE

Deliciously Moist Devils Food Cake filled with layers of Creamy Chocolate Fudge & Raspberry Preserves covered in a sweet White Marshmallow Frosting, a classic cake.

FEBRUARY - OUR CLASSIC CARROT CAKE

Moist Carrot Cake that includes Pineapple & Pecans is smothered with a delicious Cream Cheese Frosting, covered with Pecans and topped with Marzipan Carrots.

MARCH - CHOCOLATE MOUSSE DUET

Grand Marnier Dark Chocolate & smooth Milk Chocolate Mousses are swirled together onto a delicious Chocolate Orange Shortbread base. Studded with orange segments and decorated with Chocolate Shavings.

APRIL - ‘PICK ME UP’ TIRAMISU

An Indulgent combination of Coffee, Kahlua & Chocolate, with a decadently creamy Mascarpone filling. A wonderful afternoon “Pick Me Up”, need we say more!

MAY - ORIGINAL RED VELVET CAKE

This Classic Diner Cake is a deliciously light & moist “red” Sponge Cake, with layers of Cream Cheese frosting and then finished with Toasted Coconut Ribbons.

JUNE – LEMON STRAWBERRY SPONGE

Light Vanilla Chiffon Sponge, filled with Tangy Lemon Curd and Fresh Sliced Strawberries, covered with our delicious Vanilla Buttercream & Toasted Sliced Almonds.

JULY - BANOFFEE “PIE” CAKE

Our very own version of the English Banoffee Pie. On a Cookie Crumb base we take layers of Chiffon Cake and fill them with Dulce De Leche Caramel, fresh Whipped Cream and mounds of sliced Banana. A delicious flavour combination!

AUGUST - MANGO RASPBERRY MOUSSE

An Almond Sponge Cake sits atop Pate Sucre and atop that we have a delicious summer time Mango Mousse studded with Fresh Raspberries. White Chocolate dipped Lady Fingers decorate the Mousse for a Sweet Crunch, and Whipped Cream adorns this creation.

SEPTEMBER - FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

Fudgy Rich Chocolate Cake, is accompanied by Sweetened Whipped Cream & Spiced Fruits & Berries. This is a Chocolate Lovers Dream!

OCTOBER - SPICED PEAR UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

A Richly Spiced Cake is topped with Beautifully Caramelized Pears, along side is a Sweetened Rum infused Whipped Cream, this Cake truly Indulges your senses!

NOVEMBER - PECAN BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE

A Decadent Pecan Cake with a hint of Dark Rum is layered with Butterscotch Buttercream and covered all around with Crushed Pecans, a great combination of flavours.

DECEMBER - CHRISTMAS YULE LOG

Christmas is here – Celebrate this month with a Christmas Tradition – Dark Chocolate Cherry Yule Log, covered with Meringue Mushrooms and Christmas Holly leaves.
